Towards the end of the school year I always start thinking about what fun things I can do with the kids over summer. As I was making my mental list, I started to remember these phrases from my kids at the end of last summer.
- I thought we were going to go…
- Hey, we never did…
- We were supposed to…
I decided this summer I’m going to make a list and we are going to try to do as much as we can! I love to make lists! I love the feeling of accomplishment when I can cross things off. It helps me feel organized and like I’m getting a lot done. My thought was, if I make a list of activities, I wouldn’t get to the end of summer and have regrets about forgetting to do something. So I did it! I have never made a summer bucket list before but I will say it was quite fun.
